Shipping policy

SilkRoute Luxe provides direct international express courier fulfillment to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing & Dispatch
- Order Processing: Orders are inspected, hand-folded, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days.
- Express Courier Transit: All parcels travel via premium express couriers (DHL / FedEx Express). Estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days once dispatched.
- Tracking: Once your parcel departs our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct DHL/FedEx tracking number will be delivered to your inbox.

Shipping Rates
- Orders $150.00 and above: Complimentary Express Courier Shipping.
- Orders under $150.00: Flat-rate Standard Express Delivery of $18.00.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international express shipments to the US and UK comply with standard cross-border customs regulations. For US orders under $800, goods enter duty-free under standard de minimis thresholds. For UK orders, applicable VAT or import duties will be handled smoothly through express courier clearance.
